Navigator is a simulation that brings alive well-established theories and concepts on Leadership Styles and Leading Change.

Storyboard:

You are leading an expedition to a treasure island. Your team is composed of 12 Sailors with different behaviour profiles and different engagement and readiness levels.

Your mission is to reach the treasure island with as many Sailors as possible still onboard.

Your leadership decisions will be crucial to make this journey successful, you will have the support of your team and a dedicated facilitator.

The Empires of Antiquity is an epic strategy board game set in the ancient Indian subcontinent. This strategy game offers an immersive experience where players assume the roles of Kingdom rulers.

Through strategic planning, tactical execution, and resource management, players build and lead their armies, explore new territories, and expand their kingdoms while navigating the challenges of rivals, natural disasters, and social disruptions.

The Treasures of Maharaja's Fort is a simulation that immerses teams in the rich historical context of ancient India, bringing to life leadership theories and concepts through an engaging quest for hidden treasures.

Teams of players represent groups of adventurers on a quest to discover and collect treasures hidden within the legendary Maharaja's Fort. The goal is to maximize the value of the treasures collected and return to the fort entrance within a set timeframe, while navigating challenges and leveraging collaboration, strategy, and communication.

The Maharaja has divided you into three groups, each tasked with taking a different route through the fort's diverse landscapes. The adventure begins with a grand ceremony where the Maharaja addresses all teams, inspiring you with tales of the fort's fabled treasures.
